WOWME is a fashion rental service based in Croatia. We rent out beautiful dresses for special moments — events, parties, photoshoots, and more. No need to buy something you’ll wear once. Rent it, love it, return it.

No subscription is required. You can rent dresses as a one-time service without any ongoing commitment.

Not yet — and that’s actually a good thing. We come to you. Choose your favorite pieces online, and we’ll bring a curated selection to your door for a try-on. You get 20 minutes to try everything in your own mirror, with your own shoes, and zero pressure. Sometimes we host pop-up try-on events — keep an eye on our Instagram for announcements.

We offer try-ons:

• At your home (we or a courier will bring the dresses)
• At select WOWME partner locations (by appointment only)
• At pop-up events (announced on Instagram)

Absolutely. If you already know what you want, just rent it — we’ll deliver it to you, no problem. Try-on is optional.

Standard rental duration is 3 days (72 hours). Extended rentals can be arranged upon request and may involve additional charges.

Each rental includes the selected dress and a garment bag. Cleaning after use is included in the price.

If it doesn’t fit during your try-on, you simply don’t rent it. If it doesn’t fit when you receive it without trying on, contact us immediately and we’ll try to help — exchange, refund, or suggest alternatives.

We deliver across Zagreb and surrounding areas. Our courier (or a WOWME team member) will bring the dress to your door. Returns work the same way.

Returns must be made on or before the agreed date. You can return via courier or drop it off at a partner location with prior notice.

Yes, just message us to arrange a time at a partner location.

Late returns incur a fee of €10 per day. After 5 days, the full retail value of the dress may be invoiced.

Damage is classified as Minor, Medium, or Severe. Charges range from €0 for wear and tear to full retail value for irreparable damage.

Yes! All dresses are professionally cleaned and inspected before and after each rental.

Prices vary by dress and are listed in the catalog. You can also inquire via Instagram or WhatsApp.

Our dresses range from XS to XL. Availability depends on the model. Contact us for sizing advice.

Currently, we take orders via Instagram DMs and WhatsApp. Website orders are coming soon!

We accept the payment methods listed on our website. Advance payment is required to confirm your booking.

Yes. Cancel more than 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% fee.

Yes! We offer a peer-to-peer model. We handle logistics, and you earn every time your dress is rented.

Yes. If the dress fits WOWME's vibe, we can source and buy it for you. You’ll be the first to rent it. Terms are agreed in advance.
